Well, guys...I've got big news...

Today, Peg was taking care of my little babies...and noticed something interesting about Daisy...two baldish spots where the testicles normally descend for a boy!!!

So, after rechecking this afternoon...she's quite certain...

Daisy is a BOY!!

So, we've officially renamed our little baby boy...and his new name is....

Drew!!

So...after poor little Drew had a bit of mis-gender naming and various things said to him...I think he'll recover once he knows that his new name means, "manly, warrior". Boy, do I hope he forgives us!!:?

To my poor little boy...I love you, Sweet Drew...sorry about all that!! :D

I'm so excited to have two little boys!!! :D:D:D

Finding out he was a boy was such wonderful news for me, as I really did wanted two boys, ultimately, so I guess that worked out perfectly!:D

YAY!

Hahaha that's cute! I think my bunny is set being a girl, unless my vet hasn't told me something  I'm sure Drew is a lot happier now that everyone knows!

Awww! I was really liking "Drew" being a "Daisy"! Ah well, now you have two sweet little boys:D.

Congrats Rosie! I know for sure that Drew will turn into some funny names!

You would NEVER guess what I am calling Snuf now! I started calling him Snuffina knowing he was a boy! I started calling him "iners wieners".

Hehe!

Zeke was actually "Laila" for a few weeks!!! I took "her" to the vet to be "spayed." The receptionist informed me that "Laila" was actually neutered!!! Testicles were found...eek. Laila became Zeke. :) My next rabbit will have a name that can go either way -- just in case there's confusion!

You know, this may actually make bonding on a large scale a lot easier. Before, I was thinking4 girls and 1 boy might not work (or3 girls is Maisie is insisting on being single). But 3 girls and 2 boys could be something good.. Or at least you could have a few bonded pairs in there if the whole gang doesnt work..

Ya know, that's what I was thinking, too. There's better balance with two boys than there was with just one. I was initially asking Peg about a boy when I asked her about Drew...so I'm really happy things turned out this way. :)

I have a hunch (just a hunch, though, really) that Maisie might just bond with the boys much easier than she'll bond with the girls. I hope that hunch is right! I would feel really bad if Maisie wound up being a single bun...even if I knew she did it by her own choice. I would feel like she was the singled out kid on the playground, sadly watching everyone else playing and having fun. :(

I wouldn't Samantha has had many bunny dates and just doesn't want anyone so far. She is happy by herself.

Hi, New to this so i hope i'm doing it right. My Darling little girl bunny started to mount my brothers boy bunny "Dags" we all laughed, how cute she was trying to dominate him but alas......when i lifted her off him i was shocked to see a little suprise in her genital region. My darling girl was a BOY!!! and a bit fruity :)Luckily my bunnies name is Pickles which could go either way. Every now and then i still accidently refer to pickles as a her or she.
