Hi, I noticed that my bunny seems to have lost a bit of weight. Even my mom noticed it when she saw her. I tried weighing her but it's very difficult to so it's definately not 100% accurate. Her normal weight is around 2kg give or take a few grams and the scale today showed 1892 grams. She started going through a particularly heavy molt in late September and October and she was having a lot of GI problems but other than that she's been fine. She's still losing some fur and having some tummy trouble but it's not as bad as it was before. She was a bit lethargic for one or two days when she was particularly gassy and ate less but she got better. Then 2 days ago she was zooming around and doing binkies. I'm wondering if the weight loss could've been caused by the heavy molt and tummy issues or if I should be worried and call the vet. She only eats timothy hay because she can't tolerate anything else. Her food and water intake is normal and I haven't noticed anything off about her urine.

A molt and GI issues can cause some weight loss, as a rabbit usually has a GI slow down and so isn't eating their normal amounts.

Her regular diet is just timothy hay, nothing else? If yes, how long has she been on this diet? Is the hay a new batch? Is it the same cutting as usual (not a coarser cut)?

Yes, just timothy hay for about 1,5 years now. Same cut as usual, same farmer. The vet recommended to give her a salt lick and a teaspoon of critical care once a week to supplement her diet. I haven't done that in about 3 months because there seems to be a shortage at the moment and I need it for emergencies.
