There's a show coming up quickly (on the 16th)and Briar's head is half-shedded out and on his back there is nofly-back...argh, i'm at a loss, i guess rabbits don't shed like dogs, nothing i do seems to help the process, he's going to look awful at theshow, anyone have any tips on getting your bun to shed-out?

Thanks,

Ellie

How old is Briar? What is the"fly-back"? I'm sorry I can't help any... am just curious toknow more. I remember our little Fluffy shedding heavily backin mid March. The hair behind the head at the neck came allout, down to the pink tender skin. And her ears lost hairsort of patchy. Her hair is long so we had a groomer even herout because she got quickly matted too... it took about a monthtogrown back in...now it's as puffy asever. I've read/ heard different things aboutshedding. Some say they shed twice a year.. but also read 4 xa year. The book that said 'twice' said that only one of thetwo was very noticble or severe. I'm wondering what otherpeople here have experianced....? LA

No idea how old Briar is, i got him at as arescue...fly back is when you run your hand against the grain that thehair shoots back into place, if it doesn't (It stays sticking up) thenyour animal hasn't shedded out yet.
