I think sometimes we (mainly I) get somewhat paranoid after reading the advice of so-called experts on-line. My little ones are lively and healthy and look good.

Now here is a follow up on diet. I have numerous maple trees in my yard and now the leaves are falling. Some get into the outdor pens and the rabbits eat them. Again I wonder.

I'm not sure about green maple trees, but I know that red maple leaves are toxic to horses, so I would imagine they would be for rabbits too.

Don't know what the difference is. They have had a few over the last weeks with no obvious side effect. Unless it takes a while.
