I would go back before the next appointment and demand a pain med, one of the ones that tonyshuman labeled.
The small poops are most likely related to the fact that she is in pain, and is not eating/drinking as much. Yes that can be a problem. You definitely don't want her to go into stasis, that combined with her current condition could makes things much worse.
To prevent that she should be on pain meds, and also a different medication other than Baytril- some of the ones that other members have mentioned. I would feed her as many vegetables as she likes, push the hay etc. Chewing probably REALLY hurts, so she may prefer softer foods right now. You can try blending her pellets into a mush with water, add a bit of flavour (like fresh mint) and see if she likes that.
I know living in NZ with a rabbit is tough, you guys really don't have much choice in vets there. What you can do, is have your vet do a consult with a vet in North America (some do not charge for consults) and also try and educate the vet by yourself. Easier said than done, but probably worth a shot.
