The beast is doing great, Carolyn! He's still in the kitchen because he still tries to mount the girlswhen they're together. I let him out in the backyard for thefirst time yesterday. I think he was a littleoverwhelmed. He only had a couple of good runs, then parkedit under my chair. I'm sure he'll learn to love it likeSnuggy does. She does gigantic circles at fullspeed. I love to watch her.

How does the sun affect albinos? Maybe I shouldn't lethim out when it's really sunny?

Tina, the drive would be 20 hours for me, soit would have tobe a two day trip for me, too, unless we fly. I doubt we'dbring the buns either way. Snuggy and Baby are far toonervousto handle it I think. Maybe Napoleon couldcome, though. We'll see.

I have a small problem with Napoleon. After his neuter, I took the litter out of the box and put newspaperin. After a week, I put Woody Pet in the bottom and newspaperon top of that. It's been three weeks since the neuter now,so I took the newspaper out, but he won't use the litter box if it'snot in there. He goes right outside the box. Assoon as I putnewspaper back in, he uses it again.

Any suggestions?

If not, can you please send me your old newspapers? :)

Laura

Look at that adorable baby. You takeawesome pictures. He is so laid back huh? I wish I could helpyou with the litter question. The only thing I can thing of is just putthe smallest bit of paper in there and see if he'll go.

Tina

He is very laid back. I love him so much.

My husband was gone for over a week and now that he's back, Napoleonkeeps sneaking up on him and bitinghis heels (nothard). It's so funny. I think he liked being theonly man in the house!

We had a breakthrough last night! Allthree bunnies hung out together during play time. First, theywere all three in the NIC condo together, just chillin' out and thenthey all ate salad together with no problems. Snuggy didn'trun off and sulk this time. I think she realizes Napoleonisn't going anywhere and she'll just have to get used to it.I took a couple of pictures and I'm so mad at myself because I forgotto download them! I'll do it tonight and post thepics. I'm so happy!

Looks like Apollo! What a lump! I missed these pictures. They're great, Laura!

I love it! Those pictures rock. :)

As far as the litter goes, instead of having him go cold turkey, so tosay, just remove the newspaper a bit at a time and see if that works. They get so set in their ways!

CONGRATS!! I am so happy they all hung out together.I can't wait to see pictures.

Carolyn, that is too funny. I have a picture of Apollo in that same exact position too.:shock::shock:

See Laura, you do have a miniWollo lol.

Tina

Thanks. I can't wait to get home andpost the pics. It will be late, though. I have lotsof errands to run after work, the main one being picking up Woodypet 45minutes away! I can't believe I let myself run out!

I was SO proud of Snuggy last night. I could tell itwasREALLY hard for her to let him in her house and to let himeat in her presence! I gave her lots of loves andpraise. Poor thing, she had this look of defeat in hereyes. Yes, she is my baby and she is spoiled and I can'tstand to see her out of sorts. I know she will adapt and lastnight was a big step.

Gradually reduce the size of the newspaper over time until it becomes not necessary at all.

It would be interesting to see how many days worth of reduction you have to go through before he is weaned of it. Don't cut offtoo much at any one time.

Buck

Thanks, Buck.I don't shredthe paper. I fold it and it covers most of the box.I'm thinking he just doesn't like the feel of theWoodypet onhis feet. Maybe I could use less paper and fold itsmaller. I'll try that.

"Dude! What's the deal with these EARS?!"

"PLEASE be my friend?"

You can see Napoleon's "poodle leg" in this one. They shavedit for the IV when he was neutered. They actually shaved bothof them.

Awww Adorable, simply Adorable. Theylook so sweet together. Baby is such a Sweetie making friends withNapolean and making him feel welcome. Snuggy will come around. I haveto admit, I love the pic of him lounging in the girls' space but I justlove these last two.

Thanks, guys. I am so pleased, I canhardly stand it! I was really surprised at how easy it hasbeen. We haven't had ANY fighting, just some standoffishness(Snuggy, of course). Napoleon hasn't sprayed anything lately(fingers still crossed). Life is good.
