I just want to know if my room is big enough for 2 rabbits, ill upload some photos of my room! His cage is always open and supply of hay all around the room! If there isn’t I will make some arrangements with maybe moving my tortoise or taking my desk out of my room.

Initially yes, you do need extra space for two separate pens, which it looks like you have plenty of room to add another enclosure there.

Both rabbits have to be kept in separate spaces as you go through the settling in period for the new rabbit, post spay/neuter period (4-8 weeks usually) unless rabbit is already fixed 1-2 months prior, and then the actual bonding process (in a completely separate neutral area). So it can be several weeks to months of this transition period, until the bonding is finished and you only need a single enclosure again.

Once bonded, you really don't usually need more space for 2 vs 1, if the single bun is housed already in an appropriately sized pen, which yours appears to be. Though you will likely need to upgrade a few things like the litter box, to one that will fit both rabbits comfortably.

Being that you're in the UK, there's a really good chance of having a rabbit rescue around, that has already spayed/neutered rabbits and will allow bunny dates to find the right match, and may even offer bonding services for a fee. That's going to likely be the easiest way to bond your rabbit. Though for this, rescues usually have some requirements to be able to adopt a rabbit from them. But worth checking into.
