Makes me tear up to think of how my baby was, too. All yellow-stained, urine-scalded, malnourished...and all at six weeks old. Poor babies...why do people treat them this way?? I just don't understand it, personally...ya know? I couldn't fathom doing that to ANYONE...especially not such beautiful creatures as bunnies.
Must take quite a heartless person, is all I can say...
BUT...I'm so happy she has a new home with you...that's so wonderful...I can't wait to see her continual improvement!! She sounds like she's already truly thriving on your guys' love!
How wonderful that she has trusted and taken to you so quickly. Never ceases to amaze me that despite what they have been through, they can still forgive and love!
I'm SO happy she found you. I hope she doesn't suffer in the future because of what happened to her. I didn't understand very well if you already found out if she will or not (sometimes I still get confused with English).
EEE! What a darling! I've always loved shaded ears like that. Poor girl does still look thin. That's awful that she still looks so thin after several weeks with you. She must have been a stick before.
