Just popping in real quick to say I'm home!!! :biggrin2:

I have my certified "Not insane" stamp on my hand and I've been released back into the wild .

I just wanted to stop inhere and say the warmest THANK YOU to you guys and I was so overwelmed by all the support, I just couldn't get over it at all. I feel so lucky and I didn't deserve any of it. You helped me so much, it was the boost I needed to feel better again. It's going to take me a while to get back on the level but I'm not going to go all loopy again (I promise) as I now have to tools I need to cope with life and I just can't wait to get out there and be happy.

I'm not quite ready to face the rest of the forum right this minute but I'll be on later, right now I'm just so glad to be home and I want to spend time with animals and family. And yep I know what happened with Sakura and I'm also not ready to talk about it right now but I will deal with it shortly.

We all have hard times, some of us have breakdowns. It happens and sometimes we just need a little or alot of help to get back to that place where we once were.

Have a wonderful time with Mat and the buns. I know they all missed you too. Mat was so wonderful coming on here for help and to let us know how you were. Tell him to not be a stranger.

Thanks! My internet is being very unreliable and I'm busting to get on the forum and read and post, but it doesn't seem to let me on for more than 5 minutes at a time :grumpy:.

Good thinking Sas. I've been wondering where my girl has been, I figured she was having internet issues again:grumpy:. Hoping it works itself out soon.

Never had an issue with graphics slowing my computer down.

No it's our phone line itself, somewhere between where it joins the house and meets the other lines that run to the exchange there is a fault. The phone company insist it's either a problem with our broadband modem or our line filters or our internet company, but we've changed all three of those things more often than we change our underwear so I'm 99% sure it's not that.

I had a guy out once to check the line and he said there was a pretty major shorting issue going on but he said he fixed it. It did get better for about a week and now it's being stupid again.

I'll be connected for a while, then suddenly the DSL light will drop on the modem (a lynksys, in case any smart modem people are about ) then the internet light drops. Then it either wont connect again, or you wait a bazzilion years for it to sort itself out.

Grrr :grumpy:.

Knowing you're pretty puter savvy, you've probably tried this, but have you reset the modem/router? Unplugged them for a couple minutes and plugged them back in? Reconfigure the IP address?
