It was a lady from the front and u can hear a guy in the background telling her what to say and she said it was Dr. Riggs and he acted like he didnt really care. All he said was he heard u can give them a laxatone to help them poop.

I know that sometimes I"ve been at the desk at the shelter when calls come in with questions... and staff are asking other staff whatto say and the whole thing gets confusing and in the end things get jumbled up and mishandled

It sounds like seniorcats knows Dr Riggs or possibly has seen him as a client. what ever she is very experienced here on the forum and would never give out incorrect info.

animaluv you really cannot rely on what you overheard someoneyelling to someone else over the phone because it isn't really first hand information.

Why don't we just go on from here and let this go ...after all seniorcats posted almost a month ago.
