Hi

I recently had my two rabbits neutered, but due to the cost I had toget them done several weeks apart, so they had to spend around a monthin separate hutches.

Now when I try to reintroduce them they fight, they never fought before.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry if this subject is posted somewhere else, I'm new and there are alot of topics.

Thanks

I dont know anything about two male bunnys being together, but could it be because they spent so long apart.

sorry thats probably wrong!

Hi there and welcome!!!

How long has it been since the surgeries? It can takeabout1-2monthsfor the hormones to diedown..so if it hasnt been long I would wait a while.

Because of the separation, they are going have to be reintroduced toone another. Bunnies are very territorial and even separating them fora few days can often cause trouble between a pair.

Have you read up on bonding? Check out our resource center where thereslots of info on how to re-bond them. You just need to take it slow.Start on neutral territory and see how they do. Be very careful thoughbc unbonded (or broken bonded ;)) bunnies can severely hurt one another.

Hope this helps!
