Uhm, I've got a problem. My rabbits - Blue and Ollie - both males, accidentally got in a short squabble. But from that short squabble Ollie left a HUGE rip/gash/hole in Blue's ear. It's gotta be at least an inch long...it's so scary. I can stick my finger clear through his ear with ease. It stopped bleeding, but I'm really afraid that he's going to catch it on something or....something. He's a lop, so...floppy ears, ya know.
My dad helped me wrap it, and I thought it would stay on, but Blue managed to rub off the wrap on the edge of his hidey. (Of course.)His ear looks really gross, and one end of the tear is just a centimeter or two away from the edge of his ear. Also, it's not a straight tear, so it's kinda like a flap...like a doggy door for lack of a better way to put it.
I'll try to get some pictures of it tomorrow, but does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? I don't want him to bleed more by tearing it, I don't want there to be a permanent hole in his ear, nor do I want him to lose a huge chunk of his ear.
