Last week I saw a thread here with instructions for a "Dry Butt Bath" using cornstarch (of course I can't find it now).

I've been cleaning Toby up in the sink about once a week, but decided to try the cornstarch Saturday.

It was GREAT! Thanks to whoever posted that info.

It took less time and was MUCH less stressful for my poor Toby boy.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I just took a handful and rubbed over Toby's messy areas. The cornstarch coats the mess and then you can pull it right off. I used a SOFT bristle brush and carefully brushed out the excess cornstarch.

Make sure it's cornstarch and not Baby Powder. The powder can be harmful if inhaled.

I don't have that problem at the moment but its good to have a solution ready for any challenge that life throws at you !!
