I also have a 'mini lop' but it's known as the Holland Lopin Canada and the US.
So are Holland Lops and Mini Lops different in Canada/US? I know ofsomeone who breeds what she calls Mini Lops here in BC but shedifferentiates them from HL. I'm confused! She says HL are the dwarfbreed of the Minis.

Chocolate mini lops or holland lops are almost impossible tofind in the USA. Especially in holland lops.
Yup, but I think chocolate colors are very rare in most breeds (exceptI've seen a lot of chocolate Polish and Harlequins)! I'm lucky enoughto have 2 chocolate versions-- a chocolate magpie and a solidchocolate chinchilla.

Yes, in Canada and the US, the Holland Lop and Mini Lop are differentbreeds. Holland Lops are smaller (3 - 4 lbs on average)withtiny ears and compact features. They look massive for their size. MiniLops have longer faces, ears, and are bigger (5 - 6lbs Ithink?).
