That is so disgusting. I've heard about placeslike that and I'm so glad you've been doing all you can to make sure itstops. Good luck, and I really really REALLY hope that conditionsimprove for the poorpets in that store, it turns my stomachthinking about people who do that to helpless animals.

I feel bad when I miss cleaning out my bunny for a day or two, or itstoo wet outside for her to have a couple hours' exercise,butthat is taking it to such a cruel extreme, and I know everyone I've meton this forum would do everything they could to ensure their bunnieswere properly cared for (me included.)

Ditto. Call, call again, call again and keepcalling. I find that annoying people works well in thesekinds of situations.
