    Help 3 Week Old Babies

Do you have any pics of the baby? Give the baby lots of hay and pellets. You can even try some Cheerios. At this stage, you can give some KMR, Kitten Milk Replacer in a dish and let the baby lick it up. No need to bottle feed it. You can also try putting some in an eye dropper and letting the...

Whats going on with my bunnies?

How do your rabbits feces look? Mucoid enteritis usually has a white to clear, jelly like substance in their feces. Also, are their pinworms present in the feces or on the rabbits anus? Sorry to hear about your babies. Sharon

At the National Jersey Wooly show a few months ago, we had a basketauction. There was a basket that only the youth could bid on and the bids ended up going past the $200 mark. A couple of the adult members were helping fund the youths in their bidding. One child was told that if she went and...

    Acquiring a Rabbit to Show

That is correct. Dutch can be DQed for split stops, color running past the elbow joint, the stop going past the hock and also all the general ARBA DQs too. With Dutch, you also want to watch out for freckles near the nose and mouth and also eye spots. Sharon

    Transporting Rabbits

Give them hay to nibble on and some carrots and apples for them too. I went to Kansas with a car load and they did just fine. When I stopped for dinner, I fed and watered them first, went in and ate, and then took the water bottles and dishes out. Just remember to have emergency supplies on...
