It is with a heavily regretful heart for me to say that Rexy has joined Xiao Wu over the rainbow bridge. I don't think I can mentally handle this anymore. Rexy was doing just fine yesterday, but, suddenly, overnight, he just stopped. Either he was hiding it really well, or it was something he got into that did it. We don't know....dang it. Why does this have to happen?!

Sometimes it just happens--years ago Bonnie was fine for morning veggies and was gone that afternoon, no warnings at all ans she was less than 4 years old and seemed to always be in great health. We are so sorry for your loss, rest in peace little man and binky free.
 
What's even more upsetting? We think we may have found the cause of both of their deaths. Ex-roommate never put his computer wires away and husband found them under the couch, chewed up as if eaten. Likely the pieces of rubber and metal is what did it.

If that’s the case I am so sorry for your loss. Terrible to have lost your two precious buns! Which could have been avoided!!!

Rabbits are so adept at hiding illness and problems. It can be hard to catch these things. I'm sorry for your loss 😢
