At dinner time we feed bun, he did not eat so we tried to give him baby gas drops, He only got a little, He hoped around a little bit. Then he dug and lay down, I gave him a tummy massage and he keeps just laying down, And digging, I am worried it is Gi Stasis. Please help, I can't take him to the vet because it is closed. I called one of my friends, (She has a rabbit) but she did not pick up.

If the belly isn't visibly or palpably bloated, I give 1ml of baby gas drops (2ml for larger rabbits), once every hour for 3 hours. If it's just a minor upset due to some gas pain, usually by the third dose my rabbits will be back to eating and acting normally.

But if your rabbits condition worsens or your rabbit is in distress, the stomach is or becomes bloated,, there's diarrhea with no normal fecal balls being produced,, it's been more than 12-24 hrs since your rabbit last ate, or you're concerned your rabbit isn't doing well, I would urge finding an emergency vet with experience treating rabbits and get your rabbit in right away. If that isn't possible and your bun isn't back to normal by morning, I would suggest phoning your knowledgeable rabbit vet first thing in the morning, and mention it's an emergency as your rabbit has stopped eating the day before.
