White discharge on my bunny's eyes, what does this mean?

My bunny is turning 10 months old next month, he has watery eyes with white discharge. We have visited his vet and his molar has been trimmed but still has watery eyes with white discharge. What else to do? Anyone knows what this means? Is it an allergy? Thank you.

Edit: also, everytime I come close to him, I can hear his breathing. Is this normal?

Hearing him breathing and white discharge from eyes. I would suspect your bunny have an infection somewhere. Maybe in the upper-respitory, so he might need to be checked again and maybe get some antibiotics. But it’s something a vet will need to check and judge.

White eye discharge is usually a sign of a bacterial infection and/or inflammation. It could be conjunctivitis, an infection linked to the tear ducts and/or tooth infection , or other eye infection. In the very least your rabbit should be put on ophthalmic antibiotic eye drops suitable for rabbits and possibly anti inflammatory eye drops as well. Though if that doesn't completely clear it up, your rabbit may also need to be on a rabbit safe oral antibiotic like enrofloxacin. And if your rabbit is having any difficulty eating normally then syringe feeding a rabbit recovery food mix is needed.
