Hello, my buns are 19 days old today and the seem so confy in their box, I read somewhere that shouldn't be there by day 18 because it will increase the chance of nest eye. Is that true? Even if I clean it?

I'd leave it in there if its clean. I've found that rabbits will naturally leave the nest at a certain age. Whenever they stop sleeping in the nest box at night (can range from 20 days to 30 usually) I take the box out. I do clean it at 10-12 days when their eyes open, when I flip the box onto its side

I do the same as @SableSteel. Whenever they stop using it, I pull it out (usually around 3 weeks old... 2 weeks is too early in my opinion, but it also depends on the weather). If you leave it in too long, they will start using it as a litter box potty corner. Also, it's important to clean it (completely empty and remake it on day 9-10) right before their eyes open to prevent nest box eye!
