I'm having issues with my Mozilla and getting very frustrated with it but don't like using IE. What browser do you use and why do you like it?

I've used Firefox for years. I remember being amazed at how much better it was when I first found it. I find it easier to use than IE, but that may be because I'm so used to it. It's faster than IE, which is the main plus about it. And I thought tabs were genius when Firefox had them before IE. :p

My PC downstairs recently had a problem with Firefox, I updated Java Runtime and Firefox and that sorted it.

I use IE and Foxfire, I think my foxfire takes too long to upload, so i mostly use the IE. Mozilla is my back up when IE is acting dumb

Ok, with everyone using Firefox, maybe someone could help me with the issues. The first issue was that when pressing the down/up keys on my keyboard would make the screen scroll up and down. Now..it's no longer doing that, it just goes to the bottom of the page. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Only problem was, it looks like it didn't uninstall fully because my favorites and options all remained. I uninstalled, went into programs files and manually deleted the mozilla folder, did a search on windows to get rid of anything firefox related and reinstalled. Same thing. I did the same process again except i restarted my computer before reinstalling. After reinstalling, it wouldn't even let me use firefox. The program was running but no browser window pop up regardless of how many times I clicked it. Uninstalled and reinstalled...I can use it again but my original problem still isn't fixed. Where are those hidden files that's not allowing me to do a full uninstall????

I use firefox. I used IE for awhile, but, recently it's been acting up and I haven't had time to uninstall/reinstall it yet, so for now I'll use firefox.
