What temperature is too cold for a rabbit?

My rabbit is going to be staying in my living room. That room in particular gets very cold at night and my mom doesn’t want to run the heat downstairs all night long. I was wondering what temperature is too cold for him? And any tips on how to keep him warm?

Temp swings are worse then being cold. But unless youre leaving the windows wide open and its 20 degrees below there should be zero issue with the inside of your house becoming too cold.

My rabbits are in conservatory and at night it can be cold but I cover their cages over and make sure they have plenty of hay to lay on. It’s hot temperatures they find harder to deal with.
