Hello I was wondering what kinds of cleanerseveryone uses to clean out their rabbitries? I have one that is in anoutside covered barn and it gets pretty smelly and dirty during thewinter, i usually use bleach in the summer, but is there a safer orbetter oder remover out there? Thank you :)

I've recently started using white vinegar.

On tough stains I use it straight, sometimes I'll sprinkle some baking soda first.

For day to day use I use a spray bottle with 50/50 water and whitevinegar. Spray it on, wipe it off with paper towel, rinse if necessary.I only rinse because the buns don't like the smell, so I'll rinse thefood bowls, water bottles and litter pans afterward.

I use it on the cages, drop pans, litter pans, water bottles, fooddishes, and on the floor or carpet if there happens to be an accident.

Ditto. I use mostly white vinegar to take out the major stain jobs. Works pretty well yah noe ;)

I use white vinegar and baking soda too , works weel in this neck of the woods.

Happy Cleaning!!:):):):)

So far it is unanimous, White vinegar is aWONDERFUL non-toxic cleaning tool. 50/50 water to vinegar isalso what I use to clean out my litter pans, it dissolves the calciumbuildup as well =)

White vinegar, craisins, Woody Pet,what else is there.......ha ha. Sounds like baking soda ismaking the posts.

Bleach can be toxic to small animals, you have to make sure it is rinsed off well and aired out.

Rainbows! :)
