If my frosty point male is bred to a blue self female what colours could I expect to see in the litter?

Chestnut (called Agouti in some countries) is the most likely. Otherwise it depends a lot on what they carry. Opal, Black, Blue, Orange, Chinchilla, or more might all be possibilities depending on what genes they carry.
