My lionhead buck is a Blue himalayan point.

What colors can i breed with him?

Sable Point

Siamese Sable

Blue tort

Rew

And i might be getting a black and white doe.

I think any of those options would be fine. However, blue points are not an accepted color in any breed that I know of. So I might suggest not breeding him to more dilutes (blue tort) since you may end up with more blue points.
