What breed is my rescue?

He’s 3.5 months old and weighs 1.7kg. Originally thought to be a girl, brought home to bond with my 6 year old widowed boy. He’s getting neutered in the next two weeks after passing his little medical exam.

I was thinking a Dutch cross?
