No, not really. You can do the usual mainanence like grooming and clipping nails yourself, have the vet explain it to you when you go there anyway. There are also good tutorials online and it got explained a lot here in the forum.
If you are in the US imho you don't need vaccines, at least not RHD, I'm not sure about Myxo, others here know better. Here in europe we have a wild population of rabbits that makes things more problematic.
Annual checkups with a rabbit-savvy vet, yes. The vet will look at stuff you can't see yourself (incisors, molars, inside their ears), and do stuff like palpate for growths/tumors, listen to digestive sounds, and check the rear end.
I don't think there are any rabbit vaccines in the US., though.
