How much variety do bunnies need in their daily veggies?

I feel bad sometimes, and think that my bunnies should have more variety.
They get lettuce every day, sometimes with celery, cilantro, or brussels sprouts. They also get a banana chip or other treat.

That's a really good question. How much variety they need in their vegetables depends on whether or not they are also fed pellets. But, generally, the wider variety, the better, I've read.

I've found this "House Rabbit Society" link helpful and there's great information on Diet in the Library section of this site.

Ours get veggies twice a day. Cilantro, parsley, Italian parsley. In the morning they get a small slice of apple and some Romaine lettuce, and in the evening they get a small slice of carrot and some dandelion. I've tried changing the apple for a piece of strawberry but none would eat it.
