Urination Not In Litterbox

Help! My rabbit is litterbox trained, but now he is peeing all over his cage, including his litterbox. I found all different kinds of answers online. Could he be unhappy with his cage setup even though it hasn't changed? His cage was moved to a corner? But that was weeks ago and this just started last week. I need help

Is he neutered? That should help with litter box habits. He is probably marking his territory because you moved him to a new area of the room.

He is neutered. I will have to look at cage setup ideas. He is in a large dog kennel, the wire ones. I created a 2nd story for him so now he has a lot of room and toys to play with on the main level. His food is above his litterbox. I moved his cage about 3 weeks ago and he just started a little over a week ago, peeing everywhere.
