Recently I adopted a rabbit from a pet store and she was all healthy and very active - she is a mini lop rabbit. For about the past 2 days, my rabbit has been both very lazy or very active at night. she’s been sleeping and staying in the same position for 3 hours already but she is eating and drinking as normal. She just pooped and it looks like her poop is clumped together like a grape. this is the first time i’ve seen her poop like this… should i be concerned? she is around 7 weeks old and i was told to feed her hay, 1/4 cups of pellets and kale/coriander/vegetables with only the size of a thumb and index finger combined. please help!

That's just a cecotrope. You should learn about them if you have a rabbit as they are very important to their digestive system. If it's mushy or if there is a lot of them, then you have a problem and need to change her diet cutting back on pellets and veggies. But if you just see one, and it looks healthy like a small cluster of grapes, rather than a mushy pile that somewhat has a form, then it should be just fine.
Basically it's poop that your rabbit has to eat to be healthy. And from what I read, 8 weeks old is about when they start producing them. Occasionally you may see one, but often if you see your rabbit go to clean it's butt and then come up chewing on something, she's eating a cecotrope.
