Trouble in bunny world!

Oh boy. I am having MAJOR trouble with my two flemish giants. They have been together since they where babies and my girl bunny is just fed up with.my boy bunny. I can't even get them into the same hutch now...they are outside, they have a fenced pen.. well my girl bunny serisouly climbed the fence last night and got out!! It took a lot to get her back because both bunnies hate to be touched. Ok anyway my questioj is has anyone tried free range bunnies? I feel like they would be a lot happier.

Do you mean you'd like to bring them both inside? Are they fixed?

Free-range indoors, yes; outdoors, no. You could build enclosed runs for them, but otherwise they are likely to be prey.

I was talking about outdoors lol.. we have lots of land and as for predators, we don't really have any. i have an out door cat so if we spot a raccoon or something.my husband takes care of it...only if they are real close to the house

there's hawks and other large birds to worry about too - I really wouldn't let them free-range outside without some sort of covering
