Too skinny? boney

I think my rabbit may be too skinny
from her neck>spine I can feel 2 sharp pointy bones very easily and all her spine all the way through, my friend who also has a rabbit (big lop) said she feels boney, I've looked after her rabbit before and don't remember feeling that much spine when petting her.
Mine is a seal point lop
I weighed her on a human scale - she's about 1.5kg=3.3lbs which according to sites, is a healthy weight.. not sure if my scale is correct for a small weight, the vet never mentioned for me to fatten her up when I took her in for vaccinations a few weeks ago. I didn't ask at the time, coz I only had her for 2 days.

She is really small. How old is she? What does her diet look like?

she's almost 3 years old. Her diet is unlimited oat hay (only ones we have in Aus), 1.5 cups of veggies (celery/kale/endive/fresh grass/mint), 1 Tbs of pellets as a treat the orphanage gave me (will stop these when it finishes) and 1pc (dried carrot) before I leave her to go to bed.

She should be closer to 5 lbs (2.2 kg). I would add some more pellets to her diet so she is getting 1/4 cup of pellets per day. Where is she on these charts?

Hi, I can't tell as that is a different breed?
she looks between a thin-ideal shape.

All rabbits you should be able to feel their ribs like you can feel the bones on the back of your hand. They should not be protruding to where you can see them sticking out of the skin.
