Hi! I'm from the Philippines as well and one of the moderators of the facebook group Rabbit Lovers Ph which was mentioned in the thread.

I heard someone from Manila is planning to get their bunnies spayed and neutered in a clinic in Pampanga but I have yet to get an update from her. Last checked her bunnies aren't healthy to go through with the procedure based on their blood work results so they're trying to get their blood values to the normal levels before they proceed with the procedure
