Hi Folks
I am confused about using a syringe and getting correct dosage. I have attached pics which may help you understand. My rabbit has a lot of pain due to dental issues and the vet recommended up to 2 ml of metacam each day. I the syringe in picture is what was in the box. I don’t want to overdose nor under dose. Any help will be appreciated

Is this syringe numbered in kg? Like, precalculated for dogs? Wouldn't know what 2ml are without reading the package insert, there should be mentioned how many ml per kg, from that you can deduce what mark on the syringe is 2ml.

You can also measure the diameter of the plunger and calculate how many mm of travel it needs.

What concentration is that solution (mg/ml)?

The one I use is 1,5mg/ml, for my 4kg rabbit that is max 0,4ml at a dose of 15mg/kg
