Yes sorry I forgot to put that sub Q injections twice a day
That's good.. There have been instances of dangerous oral antibiotics being prescribed by inexperienced vets and it proving fatal, so I wanted to just check and be sure.
Twice a day injections. That doesn't sound fun. Though I guess your bun is pretty used to injections by now.

I give him a treat afterwards that worked until a week ago now he won’t get excited about that either and that was only one shot once a day two will have me and him stressed out but hopefully this works 
It is hard, when we're just trying to help them but they don't understand it's for their own good.
Today is day 4 of injections still sneezing a little but no huge strings of discharge and no weeping eyes the vet told my husband what kind of bacteria but he couldn’t pronounce it so when I talk to her Friday regarding his progress I will post it . The injections are stressful for me and him makes me sad but last night he jumped on my pillow for some bunny rubbins and made me so happy !!!!
Update : cadbury is going on 3 more weeks of injections ceftazidime it seems to have fixed the congestion he had and his eyes are not weepy very minimal if any sneezing hopefully after this we will be good to go I had to mix it and put it into syringes myself this time for the first time and this stuff literally smells like cat pee the first couple I filled squirted every where in my face on my counter soon as I pulled it out 
After needle number 10 I was getting the hang of it by needle 30 something I was doing okay not a pro but okay .He’s a good sport .

That's great that it's working and he's improving 
Okay so this morning cadbury has taken some steps back I give him cilantro his favorite every morning will small amount of pellets then lots of hay he gets a small treat after his injections which he yanks out of my hand and takes of with it today he’s not really active after injection and he didn’t eat any cilantro just a nibble and barely ate his treat And he’s not eating his cecotropes I’m starting to freak out we’ve come to far for this and have two more weeks of injections what should I do ?

Yeah we have questions for your vet too. You need to get a written prescription for those meds. You can get them cheaper. And you'll probably need to give them longer than the vet thinks.
If he's not responding well and it's affecting his appetite, you should talk to your vet right away. You may need to do supplemental syringe feeding. Worst case is a reaction to the antibiotic. In which case it would need to be stopped immediately and your buns condition assessed.
I know I’d need a script for them she does too she said she would write me out one when finished he will have been on them 4-5 weeks I’d have to look on calendar to be sure .
Okay. Thank you as of last night poops look normal and he’s eating his cecotropes again but not eating the amount of hay I would like so I’ll see how he is today after the morning injection

Antibiotics changes the taste of food. For me things taste bitter. You might want to give him things that are higher calorie. Carrot, dried pineapple, apple, berries. And check his pain meds. He should be getting them with the Antibiotics.

Ty he’s only had pain meds one time during these 4 mths of injections and it was metacam I’ll call in the morning see if I can get some I’m sure his backside is so sore from all the pokes he’s had I usually try to switch areas and sides but he’s been getting shots for 4 mths

Antibiotics can sometimes cause some minor stomach upset and/or nausea affecting appetite. As long as it doesn't affect the fecal poop, causing dysbiosis and the fecal balls becoming mushy(not to be confused with mushy cecotropes, mushy fecals is usually an emergency, mushy cecotropes is usually not as urgent), I would just supplement the decreased hay intake with either supplemental syringe feeding, or increased pellet amounts if your rabbit will eat more pellets and it doesn't result in digestive upset. If your rabbit will eat plain grass hay pellets, these would be a better alternative.
For the syringe feeding mix, the best kind would be a plain hay mix made from plain grass hay pellets/cubes or finely(a coarse powder, not a fine powder) chopped up hay. Hay feeding mix with no added sugars and grains (like would be in pellets and recovery food mix) helps regulate a rabbits digestive system and microflora,, helping to decrease the chances of antibiotic dysbiosis occurring. A wide tip syringe is needed for this. Or sherwood recovery food, oxbow critical care, etc, can also be used for syringe feeds. Also if you aren't giving probiotics, these may be helpful in protecting the digestive microflora. Benebac plus is what I prefer.

Update: cadbury has been off his injections for several days now so far no snot or weepy eyes . However he has quit using his litter pan which he used religiously before and does not eat as much Timothy hay like before the only thing I did was buy a tote that has a foam around the lid and snaps shut from water or dirt . Could keeping it in that have changed the smell of it to where he doesn’t want to eat it ? So now he’s peeing on the rugs I have down it’s very odd he’s never done that since I’ve had him .

That's great! I'm glad it's all turned out and he's doing well for the most part. Him peeing outside the litter box could have a health cause. He's been on antibiotics for a while, so maybe he's developed a yeast infection. If this unusual behavior continues, maybe have the vet do a urinalysis to see if there might be a problem there.
If you're keeping the hay in a plastic container that's covered most of the time with a plastic lid, and if you're in a humid environment, this can cause hay to go bad with mold. That could explain him not eating his hay well. If you think this could have happened with his hay, do not continue to feed it, but get some new hay and see if that makes a difference. Moldy hay can make rabbits very sick and will have white or black spots, white dust, and/or have a sour or musty smell to it. In a humid environment, hay especially needs openness and room for airflow to prevent mold growth.
If it for sure isn't moldy, maybe buy and new bag of hay, even a different variety of grass hay, and see if that makes any difference. If not, maybe he's developed a dental issue. If you take him in for a urinalysis, it would be good for the vet to check his mouth as well.
