Small bumps inside holland lop ear

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows what these bumps are? I noticed them today, she has one on the outside of her ear and the other one on the inside. It is just in one ear. I don't have any other rabbits and she hasn't been outdoors recently. Should I take her to the vet? Or anything that I could put on it to make them go away? Or just see if they go away?

Maybe a bug bite, or maybe she got poked by something while running around. I would just monitor it and make sure it gets better and doesn't worsen.
