she has been on meds since the 9th .. she still does it some but not so much anymore

I am thinking it might be ear mites. You can get kitten revolution from a vet. It works great on ear mites. I would talk to your vet about that. Ear mites is very easy to cure. They are very itchy and annoying for rabbits to have so I would get something to cure it fast.
