Could
It be an ear mite or just a plain and simple cut??

Are his nails long? Sometimes a rabbit will scratch themselves when grooming if a nail is long, It would be fine to take a little betadine solution and dilute it until it is light pink rather than red. Use the a cotton swab or Q tip to gently cleanse the are so it doesn't get infected. You can also dilute hydrogen peroxide (don't use full strength). Is he alone or with other rabbits?

Looks like a scratch to me

I was gonna say also, it looks like a scratch. I know I need to give my buns a nail trim too!

He has 2 brothers and 2 guinea pigs in his hutch (they live in a chicken coop)...... They allowed to visit my 2 females and my 2 female guinea pigs..... Sometimes ( I watch them so they don't breed)

It looks like he was scratching at his ear to me. I think it should heal fine.
