When i was giving my bun a massage I found these weird bumps on his skin? I do see hair growing from it. Its not ticks, warts, abscesses or parasites since hair grows from it. Its really small and its on both sides of his cheeks. My vet did say my bunny could have mites ( his condition is weird ) so he gave some revolution meds. I’ve attached my own photo( 2nd pic) and another photo i found online that is the same thing ( credits: r/rabbits:imaginefocus ) which is the 1st pic. He has no problem eating hay and acts quite normally. He is on antibiotics and medicine. Thanks

Not sure if it is this but a lot of buns have hair tufts on their cheeks, they have scent glands there that build up and create the clumps, completely harmless but I added two pictures of a hair tuft that came off of my bun and a link that is about these tufts!

Ah, yes! It looks like that :) Phew! Thank you! Do they just come off?
Yup they are just like normal hair, they can fall out, but I wouldn't pull on them I'm not sure if it hurts but I assume it wouldn't feel good for them for their fur to be pulled out! 😂

But no worries they are completely normal and harmless! No reason to remove them!

I used to worry about these too. With rabbits you always find things to worry about. But it’s just the way the fur grows, and it bunches up in a weird bump when it is getting ready to fall out. Leave it alone. Let them scratch it out themselves.
