Skin flakes. Help

Hello guys, I posted a thread about haru having a bald spot before and I didn’t get an answer.
I said that her skin is clear and posted photos, i was checking her today and the spot got bigger, i also found flakes/dandruff on the bald spot and her ears
Does this always mean mites?and how can i fix it

The vet did not answer me yet
But I’ve asked a rabbit owner and they told me that it could be this MediRabbit
Still not sure, but I’ll make an appointment tomorrow, do you have an idea of how can I clean the area if she’s free roaming all the time?
