My rabbits has not been eating well for 3 days now only eating parsley and cilantro took her to the vet yesterday they did a dental filed her teeth which in their opinion where not that bad gave her some anti-inflammatory medicine and pain medication and critical care to syringe feed her. They felt her stomach and it felt ok. They said wait a day or 2 to see if she starts to eat on her own if not bring her back for X-rays and referral to specialists. What could this be? She is eating parsley and cilantro just no hay and pallets her favorite!!!!

Sounds like you have a few things going on. First she had not been eating well for 3 days prior to her dental so in addition to the mouth discomfort from her teeth ( if that was actually the original problem ) you now have a bun who is probably uncomfortable from the dental work done . I would make sure that you give her pain meds and make sure that she is hydrated. it is very good that she is eating veggies .
it sounds to me like you doubt your vet ? What exactly did they say about her teeth before they filed them? GI problems are often a symptom of an underlying issue. if the problem was her teeth it might take a few days for her to be comfortable eating hay and pellets .

He said there were a few pointed ones in the back but not that bad and he did not think enough of a problem to stop her from eating. I will give it a day or two to see if the pain meds help with her appetite

Is she pooping? If that's the case, does the content of the litterbox looks normal? Not eating pellets is pretty common when the rabbit is feeling bad, but I worry more about the not eating hay issue. If you have the chance to do so, try giving some grass (after washing it). A lot of rabbits will it eat more readily than hay when they feel so-so and it helps to get things moving and to keep the guts hydrated. If your rabbit is used to vegetables, offer lots of wet greens (parsley is good, so are mint and basil, chicory, batavia lettuce...).

Has your rabbit been eating hay or just greens? Most of the time you will see either soft stool or very small stools with digestive problems. Small points on teeth tend to led them to stop eating the hay first. Larger points will led to them not wanting to eat at all. Is the rabbit peeing and drinking water? It does not sound like a teeth issue. X-rays would tend to show blockage, but if the stools are normal that would not be the case. From what a couple of mine went through it sounds like the same treatment my vet would give. One of my rabbits will go through a couple days where he will not eat hard things for no reason, then he just starts eating them again. No reason that we could find.

She's eating little bit of pellets. I got her orchard grass something different( she used to only really like oxbow Timothy hay )I put it in her hay catcher last night she did not touch it I took a but clump at and put it next to her and she had some not all , very weird she eats all her parsley and cilantro her poops are normal not a lot she's drinking but not a lot she's just not herself but much better not giving her critical care anymore because she does finish her pellets not a one time but gets it done and ears her vegs and is getting some grass/ hay in to her would like more like it used to be

So weird if I put hay next to her she will eat some but she makes no attempt to go to the hay catcher that she's been using for the past 2 years

It happened to me two months ago - after weeks of not understanding why my rabbit wasn't eating in the hay rack she'd been using for the past seven years (which gave her a bout of GI stasis that really left the vet stumped), I finally noticed she didn't see anymore. I'm not saying your rabbit has become blind also, but she might have a problem you haven't considered yet like arthritis, something painful or anything that could make it hard for her to take hay in the hay catcher. I would give her lots of hay in her litter box / on the floor so that it's easy for her to get it until you discover what the problem is.
