Hello fellow bunny lovers!
so I’ve tried to bond My bunnies and it’s not working out at all lol. The bunny that I’ve had since she was a kit is twilight has been an only rabbit for about 1 year now, we had another female bunny but they never got along either. I tried another bunny with her as well, he was a small male (neutered) and he fought with her and she would of course fight back. Now I have another bunny who I found dumped in a trail I was on and we took him in and got him checked by a vet and neutered as well. They would do okay (a few disagreements) in a laundry basket but twilight will chase back and forth through bars at him and try to bite him, especially during meals. She even pulled out tufts of his fur before I added the second cage back over with her cage so that they can’t reach each other anymore. They are both in my room which is small, twilight is a larger bunny so she has the larger section, probably about 7ftx8ft (maybe 7ftx7ft) and Oakley the rescue bunny has about a 2ftx7ft. So I’m wondering if since they don’t get along would it be better to keep them in separate rooms, but then they wouldn’t have any bunnies to interact with since I can’t get any more or would it be better to just leave them how they are and keep it so they can’t attack each other?
Thanks!
