I have a velveteen buck that is about 5 months of age. For the past few days he has been sneezing and today has a runny nose. His front paw on the same side as the runny nostril is crusty (from him rubbing?). He is currently housed with two does who seem to be healthy. Common sense tells me to separate him from the does, but I'm not sure what else I can do for him! Anybody have experience with this?

This sounds like a respiratory infection and ,yes, there is treatment available. The does, have already been exposed to the infection , however, I would separate him from them if they are not a bonded threesome.
He should be taken to a rabbit knowledgeable vet and a culture should be taken of the nasal secretions to determine which antibiotic will best kill the specific bacteria found. In the meantime he should be started on a broad spectrum antibiotic safe for rabbits. Hopefully the progression of the illness can be stopped before he stops eating and drinking.
here is a forum based vet list from your state
