Anne, the lady in my town who adopted Ralphie's two brothers this year last month, sadly one of his brothers passed away this morning.
I am totally heart broken for Anne. She is such a sweet older lady who is divorced and lives alone with her 2 dogs, 6 piggies, and now 3 rats. She seems lonely and calls me often to talk and emails almost every day.
I'm going to sew up a bunch of stuff for Remy, Ralphie's other brother, and the two girl rats she rescued off of Craigslist from becoming snake food.
She said her vet told her that Roddy would only live about 1 year....and he was right....he did only live for one year. I asked her how her vet knew such information, and I am now waiting for her response. I don't think her vet is very rat savvy, anyway. This makes me worry for Ralphie.
Anne doesn't know how he died, she just found him cold all curled up on the cage floor .
Rest well, Roddy. You were well loved by your momma :rainbow:.
