My bunny, about 1ish month old, has really tight skin, to where her bones are almost about to break through. I have no idea what is going on and I just noticed it today. Its kinda hard to see in photos

If she feels/appears boney, it's an indication of weight loss and being too thin. The bones won't protrude like that if the bunny is a healthy weight. The bones feeling sharp through the skin, means there is something wrong with the kit. It either isn't nursing enough if it's still with mom, it isn't able to eat enough if it's started eating solid food like pellets and hay, or it has a medical condition like internal parasites that are causing it to not be able to put on weight if it is still nursing and/or eating solid food well.

You need to figure out if it's having a problem nursing or if it's not able to eat solid food very well, and try and figure out the reason why and fix it. It may be you'll need to help supplement it's feeding with syringe feeds. Or if the kit is severely malnourished or you're unsure if it's very bad, get it seen by a knowledgeable rabbit vet right away.

But if it's not having problems eating and is nursing or eating plenty of food, then it likely has some sort of medical issue causing the weight loss. If so, it will need to be examined by a knowledgeable rabbit vet right away.

What do you feed?
How are her eyes doing?
Pictures are hard to see, um, actually not there? ;)

I'm not sure how long cottontails nurse, but quite likely as long as domestics, at least 4 weeks, but normally longer.

I just weaned a litter at 5 weeks after hand raising them since day 10, and they are somewhat skinny too, mass distribution is a bit off, big bellys but not much fat under the skin. I have another, 3 week old litter and the kits are almost as big, but much more stocky, blend in with them perfectly, couldn't tell the agouti kits apart if it weren't for the build.
