Ok so I’ve had Arlo for two weeks. He’s only 2 months old (10 weeks.) As I was cleaning out his litter box he started to sneeze. It was like 5 sneezes in a row. Is this something I should be worried about? He’s acting completely normal other than the sneezing.c

yes, first check the hay, make sure that's not too dusty. Then check the detergent you are using in your house, it should be the non-smelly kind. Also, check to see how much dust is in your house. If you have done all that and non of those are the causes it could be snuffles which needs to be check by a vet. I think it's mostly likely snuffles because you said your rabbit sneezed 5 times in a row and not just once.

Wait so could it be a respiratory infection with no other symptoms??

Maybe it’s just my anxiety talking now that I’ve put it into my head that he’s sick but does it look red around his eyes or is it just me?

That’s normal, idk why rabbits have it lol :)
Ok! But yeah he’s not breathing heavy or anything and I haven’t heard him sneeze since I posted that. There’s no discharge from his eyes or nose and he’s eating hay and playing with his toys. He was just eating his cecotropes and he’s grooming himself. I’m just extremely paranoid especially since my dog just recently passed away it’s made me more paranoid. Don’t wanna lose another pet :/

I've had a similar issue with Tu Shen. I managed to slow is sneezing by cleaning more often and his vet did have me give him medication just in case because his sneezing was concerning. It's not always snuffles, but it is wise to see a vet if it continues, even after a change up of your cleaning.

If you were cleaning out the litter box when he started to sneeze it probably just means he got hay in his nose. It's just like when you get a new bale of hay and the dust will blow all in your face and make you sneeze. Since he doesn't have a runny nose, runny eyes, etc. I highly doubt that he has snuffles. Unless this becomes a normal habit of his he shouldn't need to go to the vet except for his yearly checkups.
