I have two male English Angoras, they are brothers, who are 8 months old and have been neutered a little over a month ago. One of them keeps peeing on the other all the time. I thought it would stop after being neutered. Does anyone know why? Thanks

From what I've heard usually they will settle down around 8 weeks post-op, though my friend's male did take 12 weeks
