rabbit not pooing

I had my rabbit neutered today and he’s been gone about 7 hours now. He is eating loads and drinking fine but hasn’t popped yet. He isn’t show signs of any discomfort though so should i be worried?

Not yet. Because he didn't eat for a while and because of the surgery, everything slows down. But as long as he's eating well now it should all be moving again and at least by tonight or morning you should see some poop.

There’s no poo yet but he’s still being active and eating and drinking

Okay that’s good! We have the vets later on anyway for a check up so i’ll mention it if no poos have happened before then
