Rabbit Licking Incision? (Post-Neuter)

I just got my bun Eeyore neutered today. About an hour after putting him in the area I had set up for his recovery, his pen was wet EVERYWHERE. Unbeknownst to me, his bowl had developed a leak at one of the most inconvenient times possible. I’ve swapped the bowl out to one that doesn’t leak and dried up the mess, but his feet are already all wet. I’ve noticed him grooming between his legs a lot, but I don’t know if it’s because his feet are wet or if he’s licking his incision. Should I be worried? Is there something I should do to make sure he doesn’t lick the incision?

Help dry him off and keep a close eye. He may need pants or a cone if hes going to be a brat.
Was he sent home with anything for pain?

Ok, thanks! He was sent home with meloxicam (I hope I spelled that right). He’ll be getting his first dose this morning.
