Rabbit Is Oily...

Hey guys! So I was eating dinner on the couch and all of a sudden my Lop decides it was a good idea to hop into my bowl of fried chicken. Her coat is oily right behind her head and in some hard to reach places. I know you're not supposed to bathe your bunny but I'm worried this will affect her health because its behind her head. Should I bathe her? And with what?

I would just wipe/rub her fur with a dry or damp towel, guess that's the next best thing to having her licked clean by another bunny or dog or whoever
